Designed for hosts who need dedicated, hands-on assistance, we ensure your celebration runs seamlessly, creating a picture-perfect event filled with beautiful moments and unforgettable experiences.

    This service focuses on day-of execution, so your pricing scales primarily by the number of assistant coordinators needed to manage the crowd.

    • Under 50 guests: $500 (Base price for a single coordinator)

    • 51 – 150 guests: $1,000 (Requires 1 assistant for setup/timeline management)

    • 151 – 250 guests: $1,500 (Requires 2 assistants to manage logistics)

    • 250+ guests: $2,000+ (Requires a larger team and extensive setup time)

    This tier involves partial planning and vendor management, meaning larger guest counts will significantly increase your pre-event communication and RSVP/seating tracking.

    • Under 50 guests: $1,200 (Intimate event, minimal vendor coordination)

    • 51 – 150 guests: $2,200 (Standard size, moderate vendor management)

    • 151 – 250 guests: $3,200 (Large scale, heavy logistics and seating charts)

    • 250+ guests: $4,500+ (Custom quote required due to complexity)

    • 51 – 150 guests: $5,000 (Standard full-service wedding/large gala size)

    • 151 – 250 guests: $7,500 (High-end coordination with massive vendor teams)

    • 250+ guests: $10,000+ or 10%–15% of the total event budget
